RETURNS/EXCHANGES You can return the goods free of charge within 15 days from date of delivery.
Access your profile, enter Order summary, click on Details and select Returns.
Then, specify the items to be returned by selecting the amount you want to return and the reason for the return. Finally click on Confirm.

At this point you just have to contact the DHL courier ( for telephone contacts see below ) to book pickup by notifying the Account code written on the label that we sent with your order, inside the package.

If you need to make a return because of Twin Set - Simona Barbieri Srl fault (wrong size, color does not comply etc ...) simply forward an e-mail to weborders@twin-set.it indicating order number / receipt number / articles that you want to return and briefly state your request.

We don't offer the service of Exchanges .
However, you can return an item (for a refund) and make a new order.
It is not necessary to wait for the refund to make a new order.

Remember that items must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, with the tags indicating the bar code and any other material which forms part of the package.
