To return an item, or change a size, you have to process your request within 20 days from the invoice date as indicated below:

1. click on "My Account"
2. enter e-mail and password and click on LOGIN (if you forgot your password you can simply retrieve it by clicking on "Forgot your password?")
3. click on the arrowed shopping bag referring to the order you want to return
4. fill in all bank details (in case of a system failure the refund will be bank transferred), select the item you want to return and specify the reason of it
5. click on RETURN

Doing that, you will get all the necessary information to return the purchased item.

If you would like to change a size you only need to do another purchase.

This procedure generates the credit note and the relative refund.
Not following this procedure your refund might be delayed.

In case of returns due to Light Force' s mistake (for example wrong size shipped, colour not ordered ...) you don't need to ship the goods back to us.
Please send an e-mail to shop@twin-set.it indicating your Order Number / Invoice Number / Styles code you want to return and explaining why you need to return the items.
Our customer service will answer as soon as possible giving you all the necessary info in order to solve the problem.
